1. Kedrion S.p.A. (Italy)  the parent company  specialized in the research,development, production, marketing and distribution of plasma-derived products.
2. HUMAN BioPlazma kft (Hungary) active in production and marketing of plasma-derived products.
3. Ked Pharmaceuticals AG (Austria) distributes Kedrion products in the EU and in Switzerland.
4. Haemopharm Inc (US) with the specific task of plasma procurement for Kedrion in foreign markets (US,Germany and Austria)
5. Advanced Bioservices LlC. directly involved in collecting plasma in the US and selling it in foreign markets
6. Plazmaferezis Center Medical Services Pbc (Hungary), owner of a plasma collection center in Hungary 

Kedrion’s head office   is in Tuscany ,Castelvecchio Pascoli, near Lucca.

Kedrion has three authorized production plants

• Bolognana, near Lucca;
• S.Antimo, near Naples;
• Gödöllő, near Budapest
