PLASMA COLLECTION AND COMMERCIALIZATION ON INTERNATIONAL MARKETS
KEDRION is engaged in the collection and marketing of plasma from international plasma collection centres.
The plasma collected by such centres, as well as securing a supply of raw materials for KEDRION Group, is sold to other industry operators as well.
This line of business has been developed through mergers and by opening new plasma collection centres abroad.
Today, the Group can rely on:
- 5 plasma collection centres in the United States, and specifically in California, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida, plus a new centre opening in the first half 2008;
- 1 plasma collection centre in Budapest (Hungary), owned by its subsidiary, Human BioPlazma.
