Working Party on Desmopressin in the management of VWD

A Working Party on Desmopressin in the management of von Willebrand Disease (DDAVP-IN-VWD) has been organized on behalf of the scientific Sub-Committee on von Willebrand Factor of the International Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis ( ISTH-SSC on VWF) and of the Italian Association of Hemophilia Centers (AICE). Aims of this Working Party are to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Desmopressin (DDAVP) in type 1 and VWD patients followed by large number of Hemophilia Centers in a prospective observational study organized world wide.
