In compliance with article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 "Personal Data Protection Code" (hereafter referred to as "Code"), please find below the information regarding the processing of your personal data.
The processing of your personal data is aimed at carrying out the recruiting procedures for new employees by Kedrion S.p.A., the owner of the data
The data collected can be both common and sensitive data. In dealing with this data, please note that we will adhere strictly to the limits and conditions imposed by the Data Protection Authority. In accordance with the Code, the data processing will be based on principles of fairness, legality, transparency and protection of confidentiality and of your rights.
Information necessary for the supervisory activities of the Ethics Officer of Kedrion S.p.A. may also be collected
The processing of your personal data will be using instruments and procedures that guarantee security and confidentiality, as provided by the law, and can be carried out either by paper or through the use of computerized systems, in the manner and with the limits necessary for the above purposes.
Kedrion S.p.A. reserves the right to a check the veracity of the supplied data, particularly with regard to the qualifications, previous work experiences, professional appointments or institutional positions, also by contacting the parties you indicate as contacts, previous employers and other subjects with which you have interacted during your previous employments.
Data can be updated and supplemented on the basis of publicly available information and/or collected by third parties.
Within Kedrion S.p.A. your personal data will be handled exclusively by internally or externally nominated Data Processors and/or persons tasked with processing after having followed a suitable operational training.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Your data will not be disseminated, but may be communicated to the Organismo di Vigilanza of Kedrion S.p.A.
All communications shall comply with the law and, in particular, will be closely related to the purposes set out above.
OPTIONAL NATURE AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO CONSENT
Although it is discretionary for you to give your data, such contribution is necessary.
In compliance with article 24) of the Code, it is not necessary to ask for your consent as cvs are sent of one’s own accord.
Your data, except in the case it leads to a hire, will be used for a maximum period of 24 months from the end of the calendar year in which your resume has been received by us.

We inform you that the Data Controller is Kedrion S.p.A., with registered office in Loc. Ai Conti - 55051 Castelvecchio Pascoli, Barga (LU); the Data Processor is the Labour Litigations Manager.
You can contact the Data Processor (email Privacy@kedrion.com) to check your personal data, integrate, update or correct and / or to exercise any other rights under Art. 7 of the Code (attached).
DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
You are entitled to the rights under art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Code, in particular the right to access your personal information, to request correction, updating and cancellation if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of the law, and to object to their treatment for legitimate reasons, contacting the Data Processor by the email Privacy@kedrion.com
Art. 7: Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The individual has the right to receive confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data of which he is the subject, even if not yet registered, and notification of the same in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to receive information about:
a) The origin of personal data;
b) The purposes for and conditions in which said data is to be treated;
c) The logic applied in the case of treatment performed with the assistance of electronic methods;
d) The identity of the owner, the controllers and the representative appointed under the terms of article 5, paragraph 2;
e) The subjects and subject categories to which personal data may be communicated or which may receive such information while acting as national territory representative, processors or appointees.
3. The data subject has the right to:
a) update, modify or if so desired, add to the data;
b) cancel, transform into anonymous format or block data processed in violation of the law, including that which it is not necessary to preserve in relation to the purposes for which said data was collected or subsequently treated;
c) Receive confirmation that procedures under letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also in relation to their content, to those bodies or persons to whom said data has been communicated or transmitted, except in the event that such communication proves impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the right protected.
4. The data subject has the right (wholly or in part) to:
a) Oppose processing of personal data when his/her reasons are legitimate, even if pertinent to the purposes of the data collection;
b) Oppose processing of personal data for the purposes of issuing advertising or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communications.
