Through this website, Kedrion S.p.A. will collect various personal information, under the following terms:
When voluntarily provided, we will collect identifying information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other related information (“Personal data”). The information can be provided on our registration page or contact page. When this information is collected, it will be clearly indicated on the site.

In accordance with Art. 13 of the “New code in the protection of personal data” of which Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 – entered into force January 1, 2004 – we inform that by registering on the present site, permission is given to insert your personal data in a databank of which Kedrion  S.p.A. is the owner. Access to the data will be exclusively reserved to employees and collaborators of the Kedrion S.p.A. within and outside of the European Union. Such data will be protected, electronically managed and may be used by Kedrion S.p.A. according to the following objectives:

  • 1. The carrying out of Scientific Medical Information activities through all the informative channels, provided for and authorised by the current laws , Legislative Decree 219/06, - “Community Code relating to Medicinal Products for Human Use”, Title VIII, Drug Advertising, - including the use of e-mail, web conferencing and other possible informative channels for Distance Learning for Continuing Education in Medicine;
  • 2. The fulfillment of the information service carried out by the Company Medical Management – Scientific Service – to respond to non solicited questions of a scientific nature required by health operators, (Art. 113, comma 2 of Legislative Decree 219/06);
  • 3. The registration and use of various scientific services included in our website that are accessed;
  • 4. The professional services rendered (ex. liaisons at conferences and scientific consultations);
  • 5. The carrying out of market research also using research companies, responsible for the  single phases of the handling on account of Kedrion SpA and operating under the exclusive responsibility of the latter, with the explicit duty of giving back to Kedrion SpA the names and then proceeding to cancel them from their files;
  • 6. The carrying out of clinical studies, studies, analysis and research of pharma-ecomomics, considering its role within the local and National health structures and of the participation on boards of studies and health and scientific associations;
  • 7. The collection of data and professional profiles provided by the candidates for the purpose of evaluating possible work opportunities in Kedrion SpA;

The handling of the personal data is carried out in compliance of the provisions in Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The provision of personal data is optional;

All the data collected for the purposes listed in the above mentioned points will be stored for the time necessary to carry out the activities connected to the objectives listed in 1 through 6 and in observance of the current laws.

The personal data in question will be accessible only by the authorised personnel of Kedrion SpA. The data can be provided, by expressed request, to an administrative and judicial authority.

The provision of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the activities described in points 1-7; therefore Kedrion SpA will obtain permission for the handling, document it in an electronic format and will follow with a confirmation by email of the website registration.

Web server logs
