Kedrion has announced the acquisition of Plasmafera s.r.o., a private-owned Czech company established in 2008 that operates three plasma collection centers in the Czech Republic.
These centers, with a total of 36 beds and an expected annual collection capacity of approximately 30,000 liters, are situated in South Bohemia, an administrative region of the country.
The first center was opened in České Budějovice in 2009, followed by another center in 2019, while the third center started its operations in Tabor in 2020.
