Some countries and regions collect plasma locally but do not yet have the capacity – or sufficient capacity – to fractionate it and develop medicinal products.  Kedrion offers fractionation and manufacturing services to such countries and regions, receiving locally collected plasma and returning derivative products.  Kedrion’s global manufacturing network includes four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, in Italy, Hungary and US.

Because Kedrion actively supports community self-sufficiency, this service is sometimes part of a broader effort to establish fractionating and manufacturing capacity locally.
