The Board of Directors of Kedrion S.p.A. has today approved the unaudited consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
The unaudited financial information presented in this announcement has been derived from the accounting records of Kedrion for the period from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023, which are maintained in accordance with IFRS, and from the accounting records of Kedrion and Naga UK Topco Limited for the period from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, 2022, which are maintained in accordance with IFRS and UK IFRS, respectively.
These preliminary unaudited financial results are subject to change when we finalize the preparation and audit of our accounts for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
The reverse merger of Kevlar S.p.A. into Kedrion S.p.A. occurred the 14 of July, so starting from the month of July the consolidated financial statements of Kedrion S.p.A. will be aligned to the Kevlar one.
HIGHLIGHTS
Revenue increased by €147.7 million, or 29.2%, to €653.2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023, from €505.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2022*. This strong performance was mainly driven by the increase in the sale of plasma and Plasma-Derived products.
Reported EBITDA increased by €36.7 million, or 103.0%, to €72.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023, from €35.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2022*.
Management Adjusted EBITDA increased by €15.9 million, or 20.7%, to €93.0 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023, from €77.1 million for the six months ended June 30, 2022*
