Cash Tender Offer for Notes due 24 April 2019

Kedrion S.p.A. announced that it has invited holders of its outstanding € 300,000,000 in aggregate principal amount 4.625 per cent. Notes due 24 April 2019 to tender their Notes for purchase by the Company for cash.

The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in a tender offer memorandum dated 21 September 2015.

The Purchase Price for Notes validly tendered and accepted for purchase will be a fixed purchase price of 103% of the principal amount of each Note accepted by the Company for purchase pursuant to the Offer (being €1,030 per €1,000 in principal amount of such Notes).
